Wayne Chiang, a Corporate and Securities Attorney, Joins The Crone Law Group.

San Francisco, California, March 1, 2010 – On February 1, 2010, Wayne Chiang joined The Crone Law Group in the San Francisco office as a corporate and securities associate. Mr. Chiang's practice is concentrated in corporate and securities law, with particular emphasis on capital markets. Wayne has represented emerging and established public and private companies on a variety of matters, including public and private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border), corporate governance and general corporate matters. In addition, Wayne has counseled publicly traded companies ranging in size from small-cap OTC companies to Fortune 500 companies on SEC reporting and compliance matters under Sarbanes-Oxley and NASDAQ rules. Prior to joining The Crone Law Group, Wayne was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC in Palo Alto, California. Mr. Chiang is admitted to practice law in California and he is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
