Grant has broad experience in family law and he’s handled all types of cases including divorces (agreed and contested; with and without children), original Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR) cases, modifications and enforcements of prior family law orders, adoptions, and terminations of parental rights.
Grant handles all of our office’s OAG cases and routinely appears in Title IV-D “child support” court. In addition to managing his own individual docket, Grant also provides crucial assistance on most of the cases Bryan handles each month.
Grant graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he destroyed the academic curriculum and served on the Board of Advocates, the organization responsible for overseeing all mock trial and moot court competitions hosted by St. Mary’s Law.
For several years prior to joining our office, Grant worked for a firm handling complex insurance claims and related litigation as well as a firm handling title work relating to mineral interests and other property rights.
Grant was born and raised in Bryan, Texas and graduated with a business degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, where he was a collegiate athlete and multi-year letterman as a member of the men’s varsity swim team.
